We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented XML Developer/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating, managing, and maintaining XML-based solutions, ensuring high-quality output for data interchange, storage, and transformation. This role requires collaboration with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of structured data.
Role & Responsibilities
- XML Development: Create, modify, and maintain XML schemas (XSD), DTDs, and documents to meet project requirements.
- Data Transformation: Develop XSLT stylesheets to transform XML data into various formats, such as HTML, PDF, and JSON.
- Validation: Ensure XML documents comply with schema definitions and troubleshoot errors using validation tools.
- Integration: Work on XML integration with APIs, databases, and other systems to support seamless data exchange.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for XML structures, transformations, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to understand business needs and deliver solutions.

Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, XQuery, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of XML schema languages (XSD, DTD).
- Familiarity with tools like XMLSpy, Oxygen XML Editor, or similar.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in XML development or a similar role.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
