Your Surroundings Influence Your Production

As humans, we are created in a way that puts us in constant communication with everything around us. You may have heard about the “energy” that wraps up everything and everyone, and how it affects the kind of a relationship everyone has with people and determines whether they will “click” or not. From this, we realized the power that is in things, people, and ourselves. That being said, it is crucial that we harmonize with the world and the space we call “home”.

In life, there will always be an endless list of things to do, tasks to accomplish, and steps to take no matter how old you are or the role you play. To become productive and produce high-quality work, you should try setting up the environment around you. For instance, if your goal is to write a paper… Maximize your focus by limiting any distraction and sitting in a quiet room. If you are into scents, light up a candle and fly away with the warm and calming scent. I do not know about you but I cannot focus if I was not listening to a soothing piece of music… It helps me stay present and increases my connectivity with what I think of.

It is not only scents and voices… It is also how you treat your body. Make sure that the chair you are setting on is comfy and does not harm your spine. We do not want to regret it later, do we? For me, working in the bedroom or on bed is an absolute torture! Find a space that screams “comfy” but does not remind you of sleep, because -Believe me- you will wind up dreaming of a galaxy so far away! Additionally, experts recommend that you try planning each day ahead so that the racing thoughts could calm and you could relax knowing that you are not forgetting any task.

It does not matter what you do or what you prefer as long as it gets you to where you want to be and brings you what you want to get. Take action and do not confuse yourself with too much preparation. If you are ready, we would love to know how you get your projects done.  So, tell us all about your pre-work stage!
